工作内容:
1、负责公司产品(基于软件硬件的系统集成产品)的销售和推广工作;
2、对公司销售业绩负责,根据公司战略规划拟定营销方针和销售策略,落实年度业绩目标;
3、拓展新客户、维护现有客户,提升客户关系,对所负责客户的经营结果和满意度负责;
4、负责客户的签约及付款流程,遵循项目实施过程,积极解决合作中出现的问题;
5、参与市场调研,掌握市场动态,跟踪和挖掘客户的深层次需求,为客户提供相关解决方案;
6、销售情况的及时汇总及汇报,并提出合理化建议
任职要求:
1、英语流利作为工作语言;
2、统招本科及以上学历,计算机科学相关专业,一本院校,211,985优先;
3、具备3-5年的解决方案销售经验,具备整体的软件规划经验者优先;
4、具备专业的谈判技巧与业务产品演讲能力,能有效的处理各类商务洽谈和业务交流事件;
5、具有工业物联网、数字化工厂、产品溯源等领域工作经验者优先;
6、具有在国外知名公司或世界500强软件公司工作经验者优先;
7、具备良好的团队协作能力和较强的抗压能力;
8、具备良好的沟通表达能力和逻辑思维能力;
9、性格开朗,高度自信,工作认真踏实;
10、能够接受短期商务出差(全球,疫情期间不需要)
