Responsibilities
• Planning, developing and implementing all kinds of HR functions including recruitment, compensation and benefit, training and development and performance appraisal;
• Recruiting employees, including candidates screening, interview arrangement, and contract preparation;
• Taking charge of new employees’ orientation and training management;
• Conducting performance appraisal in accordance with headquarters’ instructions;
• Taking charge of monthly payroll calculation and arrangement, managing employee resignation process, conducting salary survey;
• Maintaining appropriate HR system for measuring necessary aspects of HR management;
• Delivering periodic report or analysis On local office/employees.
• Provide administrative support to local staff.
• Handling of employee relations and handling related labor disputes
• Company compliance management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Have more than 5 years of human resource management work experience
• Familiar with local labor law and have experience in handling employee labor disputes
• Proficient in English and Chinese (written and spoken)
• Result-driven approach and ability to work autonomously
• Strong negotiation, communication and organization skills
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills as well as intercultural skills
• High reliability and ability to work under pressure
• Enthusiastic, dynamic, self-motivated
• Willingness to travel (when needed)
